Safety is our #1 priority. The safety of our service technicians as well as your staff is of the utmost importance to us. Our staff and technicians undergo regular training to help bring awareness to potential risks in the workplace. We ensure that our technicians are both qualified, trained and prepared to work with a variety of refrigerants, gas equipment, hot work and other associated worksite challenges within our trade.
Our staff is required to complete a series of online and in-person training including, LOTO (lock-out, tag-out), Ladder Safety, Proper Use of Power Tools, Confined Spaces, Fleet Safety, Code of Conduct, and more. We also host several OSHA and NFPA seminars at our state-of-the-art test kitchen.
Our service technicians are all Level I Certified, which enables us to source, receive, deliver and install your commercial kitchen equipment. If the job requires a licensed plumber or electrician, we can help to facilitate that process. All of our technicians hold OSHA-10 and/or OSHA-30 certifications.
